For glucose monitors, Medtronic has applied for the sound:

The mark consists of tones made by a synthesizer. It is written in Ab. In the bass clef, the first measure of music consists of an A2b half note on beat one, followed by an E3b half note on beat three, which is tied to an E3b half note on beat one of the second measure, all followed by a half note rest on beats 3 and 4. In the treble clef, the first measure of music consists of an E5b quarter note on beat one, followed in order by an A4b quarter note, an E6b quarter note, and a quarter note rest. The second measure of music consists of a chord on beat one of an A4b dotted eighth with an E6b dotted eighth, followed by a 16th rest, followed by an eighth rest, followed by a chord consisting of an A4b dotted sixteenth note with an E6b dotted sixteenth note, followed by a 32nd rest, followed by an eighth rest, followed by another eighth rest, followed by a chord of an A4b eighth note with an E6b eighth note, followed by an eighth rest.
